End Year CountDown 2008 - Welcome!

The MCST social & resident relation sub-committee is organising the Year-End Countdown party on 31st Dec 2007 @ 10pm

Residents are invited to participate in the pot-luck gathering. All are warmly welcome to join in the merry making.

Stop Dengue (latest as at 27th Oct 2007)

Being next to a big open field presents some disadvantage for tropical spring. We have to be extra wary of the Aedes mosquitoes which seem to be on the rise over the last 6 weeks. Hence, the NEA is conducting frequent checks on all residents.

Please be very vigilant and keep tab of the latest notices published on our noticeboard, located on the ground floor lift lobby.

Avoid stagnant water like this recently spotted incident. Pls do your part to stop the aedes mosquitoes from populating and endangering us.

A few days ago, a house mover hit the side of block-31. It caused damages to the facial part of the building.

Luckily, one plucky resident heard the collision and quickly call the security. Here are some photos taken as evidence. Claims against the responsible parties are in progress. Residents moving in and out of Tropical Spring are invited to read and know our house rules.
